We want you to be happy, so, in the event that you should wish to return/exchange an item, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order.

Exchanges:

 If you would like to exchange an item for an alternate size, please email us, and quote your item name and order number. We will check to confirm that the item and size are in stock. If it is, the item will be set aside for you, and posted out when we receive your garment.

If out of stock, we will provide you with an alternative option. which we will again set aside, waiting for your original item to come back to us. Again, it's important that you're happy so, if none of this works, we will provide you with a refund. It's that simple.

Please remember, items must be returned unworn, not washed, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached

 Returns:

Once we have received your request for a return/exchange, please post your item, together with the completed Returns Form. Refunds and credits are processed within a day of receiving your garment.

We suggest using Australia Post and obtaining a tracking number. This allows you to track the return of your parcel. Our return postal address is: BumbleBee Scrubs, PO Box 138, Daw Park. 5041. S.A.

Please note, we do not refund the cost of shipping the original item to you, nor the cost of returning the garment. 

 Sale items:  are eligible for return, store credit only, (valid for 3 yrs). Exchange -  depending on stock availability.

Refunds:

Approved returns are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. 

We are not required to replace or refund an item if damage/wear has occurred over a reasonable period or has been poorly maintained. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you have any further questions or issues please contact us directly. We take great pride in providing high quality garments, however, if you have received an item and it is faulty or damaged or becomes so after a short time of use, please contact us.
